The system is built around SONOS, allowing the family to enjoy music exactly as they always have and using the simple app they already know. Discreet in-ceiling speakers keep rooms free of visual distractions, while outdoor speakers extend the experience into the garden for entertaining and long summer evenings.

Small touches make a big difference, such as the doorbell chiming gently through the music system – practical, thoughtful and easy to live with.

Familiar Comfort in Every Room

Televisions were designed with the same philosophy in mind. Each room operates independently, using Sky Q with local control, so there’s no need to adapt habits or relearn how things work.

In a couple of bedrooms, SONOS Beam soundbars provide richer sound, but otherwise the experience remains intentionally straightforward, exactly as the client wanted.

A Private Cinema Retreat

Tucked into the eaves on the top floor is a very different kind of space: a bespoke cinema and gaming room, created as a retreat for the family.

Here, the mood shifts completely. Automated blinds darken the room, lights fade gently, and a Starscape ceiling glows above. A native 4K projector and immersive Dolby Atmos sound transform the space into a true home cinema and equally suited to movie nights or gaming sessions.

It’s a striking example of how unused roof space can become one of the most loved rooms in the house.

Lighting That Shapes the Atmosphere

Throughout the home, lighting plays a quiet but powerful role. Carefully planned low-energy LED lighting highlights architectural features, complements the interiors and adapts easily to different times of day.

The system is controlled via simple wall keypads, making it easy to shift from bright and practical to warm and relaxed at the touch of a button. Subtle exterior lighting extends the sense of warmth into the garden and surrounding landscape after dark.

Reliable whole-house Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity indoors and across outdoor spaces, while smart heating control allows the family to maintain a comfortable environment year-round with minimal effort.
