Tucked away inside an exclusive century’s old estate just outside Lancaster. Park Meadow is the latest of Michael Stainton’s Smart Home development. And is the second project Majik House have worked on along side the developer. Due to partnering on the luxury ‘Broadway Apartments‘.

Majik House installed and designed a full house lighting system, powered and controlled by Control4. Our favoured AV supplier due to their effectiveness and customisation ability. Control4 Lighting Keypads were used throughout the property. With custom engravings to select the scenes. Including the impressive colour changing options. To truly bring the house to life when the sun goes down.

Sonos was the method of choice for controlling the Audio System. Whereas the Excellent sound quality has been provided by Monitor Audio. With In-ceiling speakers indoors and Single Stereo Speakers in the Gardens. We chose Sonos due to its user friendly interface. Which gives the ability to have millions of tracks available at your fingertips! We have selected Monitor Audio for their minimal style. Providing almost invisible audio, without effecting the sound quality.
