The Majik House team will take every care to ensure your commission is designed and installed to be as reliable and simple to operate as possible. However, as with any installation made up of many items of complex technology, from time to time there will invariably be the need for software updates, general maintenance of hardware and – there’s no avoiding it – occasional product failures.

We understand that when issues arise they need to be dealt with promptly, and by a suitably skilled engineer who is familiar with your system.

Having invested in an integrated smart home system, it is important to protect that investment and to guarantee it continues to serve you and your family.

A Majik House Support Plan provides great peace of mind with a reliable, flexible and affordable service agreement that suits the needs of individuals and their systems.

It includes free technical guidance and support to ensure that you can make the most of your equipment and systems.

As you would expect, it also offers priority response from our own team of highly skilled, experienced and proactive engineers, all of whom have a wealth of experience and industry training behind them.

They themselves will have been involved in the design and installation of your system, and they have a great understanding of it’s individual components and how the entire network operates. Quite simply, in the unlikely event of an outage, they can get you back up and running in the shortest possible time.
