Award-winning smart home specialists Majik House are delighted to announce the addition of Crestron Home, the highly regarded control system, to our portfolio of leading technology brands.

Originally established in 1972, the Crestron name has become something of a byword for creating innovative technologies, specifically communication and control solutions for businesses and workplace environments.

Crestron Home utilises the core technologies found across their suite of best-in-class hardware for their corporate customers, combined with incredibly simple to use controls through their dedicated phone app, remotes and touchscreens.

What can Crestron Home control?

Crestron Home makes all the technology and systems in your home work the way you want them to: televisions and screens (including home cinema), audio, lighting, shades, security and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning).

Is Crestron Home replacing Control4 at Majik House?

No, definitely not. The decision to include Crestron Home in our offering is purely to provide more choice for our clients. Over recent years, a number of clients have mentioned Crestron, either as a result of using in their workplace or it being a recommendation from their architect, and we believe the time is now right to bring them on-board.

Will Control4 still be an option?

Yes, very much so. Both brands are long-established, highly customisable and reliable, and we see no reason to favour one above the other. By having Control4 and Crestron Home we can present the benefits of both to our clients and offer our professional recommendations on which may be better suited to their home and their lifestyle.

Will Majik House still support Control4 customers?

Yes, absolutely and without question. Any Control4 system that we have installed will continue to be supported through our existing support packages and, likewise, any future installations will also receive our full care and attention.
